This small bed-sit is located in the historic centre of Florence, just a stoneÂ’s throw from the Duomo. The historic stone palazzo, dating back to the fifteenth century, is where artists like Donatello and Michelozzo had their sculpting and architectural workshops. Light-filled, welcoming and quiet, this apartment is divided into three areas, a central one with a sofa-bed, table and wardrobe with a window overlooking an internal courtyard, a fully-equipped kitchen area (fridge, hot plates, electric oven, crockery, toaster, American coffee machine, etc.), and a delightful bathroom with shower and tub. All bedroom, kitchen and bathroom linen is supplied, and there is also an iron with ironing board, TV/SAT, hairdryer, and all cleaning equipment, single heating and air-conditioning. Internet with ADSL connection on request.
Due to being in a quiet and stately palazzo it is not possible to make a lot of noise at night. This is a non-smoking apartment.
You will find all indications necessary for your stay inside the apartment (map of the city, bus routes, parking stations, food shops, laundries, restaurants etc.).
Notice: Check-in after 3.30 pm to 7.00 p.m. / Check-out by 9.30 a.m..
For all check-ins after 7.30 p.m. there will be a surcharge of 60 Euro.
No check-ins will be accepted after 10.00 p.m. and will be deferred to the following day after 9.0 a.m..
